Termination Contested

Since the Emil Burkhardt Foundation unexpectedly terminated the lease for our facility on August 21, 2024, and immediately informed its employees and the press, while we have been a reliable tenant for over three years and have met all obligations even under the most difficult conditions, we have contested the termination. The mediation hearing has been scheduled for early March.
